I'm a laid back friendly photographer ready to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera. Newborns are pure joy to work with and I move in slow and confident movements to put your baby at ease.
I love capturing your baby's personality, what makes them uniquely them. While we try to get the baby asleep and comfortable, those wide awake, eyes open babies have my heart. I've been a swaddle pro since December 2022, and have a child of my own, so I understand everything a fresh mom and baby are going through. My goal in every session is to building trust, keeping it real, and spending the time we need to capture the memories for you and your family for years to come.
What is a session like?
Life with babies and toddlers is totally unpredictable, so for that reason I keep things low pressure, laid back and baby led. I like to let your toddlers warm up to the environment and get used to me before jumping in front of the camera. It's usually helpful to ease into it with mom and dad at their side, with family posing. I want to make the experience as smooth as possible for you and your family. If your baby needs a break (most of us do) feel free to feed and calm him or her until we're ready to continue.
Expect the session to last at least 2 hours but up to 4 hours. There is no time limit on my sessions. Feel free to come and go as I work. If the baby's really not having a good time we can try again another day, no re-schedule fees. My priority is to capture a gallery that is as high quality as possible to create art for you and your home.
